Operasjon Dagsverk
Operasjon Dagsverk (OD) are Norway’s largest youth solidarity campaign, striving for a better future by prioritizing global development in Norwegian schools. They are run by, and run for young people. By equipping students with the right knowledge, tools, and opportunities, they enable them to challenge unfair global systems and contribute to a more just world through solidarity action.

THE BRIEF
Implementation of a more suitable solution for managing incoming and outgoing communications before, during and after the OD-day.
THE SOLUTION
A shared inbox for both the secretariat and volunteers was implemented to streamline communication and create a more seamless user experience across the organization. This was achieved by utilizing CRM tools and the chat solution Crisp.

With hundreds of incoming messages on OD Day from teachers, students, and partners, managing communication solely via email presented challenges in delivering an exceptional customer experience. People increasingly demanded faster response times, and many of the questions received were repetitive.
By developing a comprehensive Helpdesk featuring previously answered questions and integrating a smart chat solution, the secretariat and volunteers successfully provided high-quality support throughout the campaign.
